From a young age, thanks to my grandparents, I was exposed to their homemade authentic Italian cuisine. From the fresh tomato sauce, cured sausages, prosciutto and capicollo to Nonno’s homemade wine and let`s not forget his “sacred” giardino. Looking back now it is safe to say, we were spoiled growing up.
